This position requires the skills to assess need and provide financial assistance services to residents of Livingston and/or Steuben Counties through our assessment interview process, budget education, budget preparation, referrals to appropriate resources as well as addressing any immediate needs presented during the intake process. Must possess excellent active listening skills, a non-judgmental attitude, and a great deal of empathy. This position is based in Mount Morris, NY with some travel required.
