The ideal candidate is able to assess need and provide financial assistance services to residents of Livingston and/or Steuben Counties through assessment interview process, budget education, budget preparation, referrals to appropriate resources as well as addressing any immediate needs presented during the intake process. Must possess excellent active listening skills, a non-judgmental attitude, and a great deal of empathy. Associates degree in Human Services or related field preferred. Previous experience working with human services agency preferred.
