The Family Support Worker will fulfill the home visiting function within the SHAPE program. This requires carrying a caseload that requires weekly visitation and crisis intervention in the client’s home environment. This may include schools, homes, clinics and other related sites. This position is also responsible for assuring that the rules and recommendations of the Office of Children and Family Services, and the Agency as they are applicable to direct services and ASFA guidelines for children and families, are adequately and appropriately adhered to. He/she is also responsible for the completion of all Family Development Plans, and other supporting documents, along with a myriad of other duties outlined in the complete job desciption.
