Peer and Family Support

LIVINGSTON AND STEUBEN COUNTY RESIDENTS

In both counties we offer Peer and Family Support services focusing on recovery and wellness services for people with mental health and/or substance use disorders.

From finding a home to connecting with community resources, from transporting you to meetings to helping you develop personal skills, we’ll walk with you to establish a recovery path for health and hope.

Peer Empowerment Support means we’ve been there and we’ll be there for you. We are all experts of our own experience and we look to use that experience to help you.

We work one-to-one, coaching and supporting you and your family, as you transition from your home to your community.
