Homelessness Prevention Program

LIVINGSTON COUNTY RESIDENTS

The Homelessness Prevention Program is a federally funded program to assist individuals and families at or below 50% of the Area Median Income residing within Livingston County who are at risk of becoming homeless.  Clients that meet requirements may be given funding for ongoing rental assistance or rental and utility assistance that is overdue for a specified period of time.  Case management services are available to help participants maintain permanent housing and increase self-sufficiency.
