STEUBEN COUNTY RESIDENTS

Our financial assistance program through Turning Point provides negotiated budget agreements and direct payments to landlords, utility companies, and pharmacies along with trouble-shooting to help people avert eviction, utility shut-off, hunger or medicine shortage. There are no fees for this service. Call the office nearest you for a telephone appointment or email the Financial Assistance staff member (see below).
