LIVINGSTON COUNTY RESIDENTS
The Employment Program in Livingston County provides services for work-ready individuals, engaging in activities that will help them gain skills for employment. The program also works with non-compliant individuals providing intensive case management to bring them back into compliance.
This is a contracted program through the Department of Social Services, and is a partnership between Catholic Charities Steuben/Livingston and Livingston County Workforce Development.
Employment Activities include:
- GED classes
- English as a Second Language classes
- Job Readiness Training
- Intensive Job Searching
- Work Experience placements
- Assistance with work-related items such as clothing and footwear
