The Nutrition Outreach and Education Program (NOEP) offers one-on-one application assistance for anyone in need of individualized help. SNAP helps low-income families, seniors, students, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and others that must stretch their budget to have the food that they need. These services are free and confidential.
