LIVINGSTON COUNTY RESIDENTS
Group classes are open to Livingston County residents who are parents, or a grandparent raising grandchildren. A REFERRAL IS REQUIRED from a DSS / CPS worker. Group schedules will be posted here as they become available.
Our parenting educators have received extensive training and are authorized facilitators of 4 different curriculums including Scream Free, The Nurturing Program, Common Sense Parenting, and 123 Magic. Information, support, and referral are provided to parents of newborns to teens. Services are individualized and tailored to meet the specific needs of the family. We offer in-home parenting, group classes, and a weekly group in the Livingston County Jail. Certificates of completion are provided and can meet court ordered parenting requirements.
