Jail Services

LIVINGSTON COUNTY

Jail Services are offered to incarcerated individuals who are transitioning from the Livingston County Jail.  The Jail Services team is also trained to facilitate several different Cognitive Behavioral Intervention programs.  These services support the re-integration back into the community by connecting them with:

  • Department of Social Services application assistance
  • Identification, social security, and birth certificate application assistance
  • Mental Health and Primary doctor’s appointment scheduling
  • Appointment and/or referrals for addiction treatment
  • Voting registration application
  • Housing, employment and transportation resources
  • Referrals to an insurance representative
  • Provide local community and ministry resource lists
  • Resources/assistance for appropriate clothing at release.
