The Financial Case Manager supports the daily administrative activities at the residence and assists clients in establishing and maintaining eligibility for financial assistance. This includes: Assisting residents in establishing funding, acting as liaison between Public Assistance representatives and the agency; Ensuring that all residents have insurance appropriate for their needs. Organizes, files, documents, and deposits all payments made through residential services. Acts as a liaison between Residential Services and finance and various counties, etc. regarding any payment questions or concerns. Additional billing and tracking tasks as needed.
