Perform skill building functions that support the development of a child/teen’s life and social skills, working one on one with each participant in his/her own home and in the community.  Facilitate family members’ understanding of the child/teen’s needs as related to his/her condition/diagnosis. ***This is full-time, 35-40 hours per week during afternoon hours of 11-6:30pm***
