This postion will perform skill building functions that support the development of a child/teen’s life and social skills, working one on one with each participant in his/her own home and in the community. It will also involve facilitating family members’ understanding of the child/teen’s needs as related to his/her condition/diagnosis. This program is growing and we are seeking to fill 2 positions, one in Mt. Morris and the other in Belmont, NY.
