Coordination and implementation of programs including HOPE Youth Mentoring and Faith in Action along with providing support for department special events. This includes recruitment, screening, training and supervision of adult mentors. It also involves needs assessments of referred individuals for both HOPE Youth Mentoring Program (HOPE) and the Faith in Action (FIA) program. Responsible for all monthly and annual program reports, stats, billing vouchers to grant contract funders and coordinates monthly program group outing/activities for matched and unmatched program youth.
