Provides leadership and strategic direction to designated programs operated by CCSL including Home and Community Based Services (adult and children), Home Based Crisis Intervention, Bath Community Day Care, Therapeutic Foster Care, and Skill Building and Out of School Time Recreation. Responsible for the coordination of service delivery, quality and safety assurance, training, and staffing.  The Senior Director will work to ensure that the Agency’s integrated services operate within budget, are of the highest quality and meet the requirements of funders and regulators at the Federal, State and County levels. ***$3,500 Signing Bonus***
