The Volunteer and Community Outreach (VCO) Coordinator is the liaison for Catholic Charities Steuben/Livingston (CCSL) agency-wide community involvement, which includes all aspects of volunteer management and, with Management, creates policies and procedures relating to volunteers.  The VCO Coordinator is the point-person for all volunteers, active and inquiring.
