Emergency Services Assistant

The Emergency Services Assistant interacts with clients in need of food and other basic needs, refers clients to additional support services, updates and enters data while maintaining confidentiality. On a daily basis, this position also recruits, onboards, trains, and schedules volunteers; Assists with coordination of workshop offerings for clients, including registration, set up, and acting as Emergency Services liaison; Works with Pantry Coordinator and Program Director to organize holiday and other events with and for the community. Associate degree or equivalency preferred, but high school diploma considered with qualified experience.
